New Arsenal Manager: New Task

With a late twist in the tally former PSG and Sevilla's manager Unai Emery has been named the new manager of Arsenal. The Spaniard was chosen over strong favourite Mikel Arteta for being new gaffer of the Gooners as they got a new manager after 22 years reign of Arsene Wenger. Emery travelled to London on Monday was not any sledge to show that he is a perfect heir for the throne.

The Spaniard have won 10 titles in last five years time which include 3 consecutive Europa League title, Ligue1 title and more. Emery certainly have got experience of managing a top level football club and with Arsenal feeling time for change he can be the one to ensure that future of Emirates is bright one. The manager will certainly need to be backed up by the board and bring the team together that have failed to reach top 4 positions in last 2 seasons despite marching in the Champions league spot 16 yrs straight.

The big task for Emery is of course to bring joy in the Emirates, the passion which seems to be dead over the years. Arsenal haven't won the league titles in 15 and winning it is not really likely at the moment. But here are our suggestion to the new boss that can bring glory days back in red side of North London.

Emery have huge task ahead

Here are three things Emery need to do as new gaffer to bring his new team in good shape:

Giving a new shape

It is quite obvious that it is not possible to change everything in few amount of time but what Emery need to do is give his team a new shape. The formation and game play of football club hasn't been in good coordination in recent years. The way of football Arsenal play needs to be restructured to bring out best out of his players. Emery might be up for the task as he can certainly do the required tactic change in the field as he will be new and will bring freshners to the club.

Getting a new spine

Arsenal need a new spine in the centre of the field that is lacking at the present.Emery needs to address the problem by bringing a new leader on the field. The soft centre have cost a lot to the football club with Granit Xhaka and Jack Wilshere not being worthy enough for the roboust task. A team revolves around a captain and that is lacking in Arsenal and a new commanding blood is nothing but imminent.

Lack of leader in centre

Get Authority at every level

The Spaniard will need to bring the board to back him up. Arsenal have been notoriously known for not backing their manager .Unai must have club to share his vision for reshaping the frontline of the club. Without harmony inside the system it will be hard for the Gooners to improve at their 6th position finish thi season. The board should back him up financially to change their fortune.

Get fans back on side

The red cold empty seats have been the future of the Emirates in recent years . A large amount of fanbase have stopped going for the matches to see their team perform. With the sluggish game play and terrible defence and poor results have frustrated the fans. Emery needs to seal this hole by bringing in excitement in the stadium something they have been lagging from few years. It won't be anywhere near easy though but he will certainly hope for the best.

frustration has been coming out of mouth

Give a chance to youth

It is clear that Arsenals are in for a big summer. Ivan Gazidis make it very clear in the selection as job description that the club will not only just buy players but also bring out world class young talent from their academy the good old Wenger trick. Players like Ainsley Maintland NIles, Reiss Nelson, Konstantinos Mavroponas will hope they will only grow and grow under a new coach. While players like Hector Bellerin And Rob Holding will also hope for better future at the club.

Thank you for your time & support..
